New friends making memories.

We spent last weekend some friends at their cabin in Oakley. Carli and Parker are friends from school, and because of them we have made great friends with their parents. So, because it was a short week at school, the four of us girls went up on Wednesday night. Joined by 'the dads' on Friday.

The snow fell off and on while we drove up. But shortly after we arrived and were finishing unloading the truck...it really started to come down. It was beautiful. And because of the snow, we were able to have evidence of an uninvited guest in the night. That's right a raccoon. Unfortunately for the raccoon, the Hooper's have recently spent an absolute GRUNDLE to remove those animals from the house. So they aren't exactly a celebrated species.

After the snow melted a bit on Thursday, and we all had a bit of cabin fever, we went for a walk. It was a short walk, but beautiful. On Friday we went to Kamas to the place that has the best hamburgers in Utah. Then we went for a drive to absolutely gorgeous waterfalls. That night the dads arrived. All the girls were happy to see them...I know, weird.

We had a few art projects that kept us busy, but mostly it was visiting for the big girls, LOTS of pretend play for the little girls. It was a great weekend.

Enjoy some pictures.
