Happy October!

Wondering what to celebrate in October? How about Celiac Awareness Month? Want to know what kind of treat to make for your Celiac friend (remember some Celiacs (pronouced silly- yaks) - including me - are also dairy intolerant, so use soy milk and dairy free butter (generally made of chemical plastics)?

Are you just killing yourself working out but still can't beat a 9 minute mile? Having trouble climbing Mount Everest lately? Maybe this is why.

For those of you who are interested, a lot of the boards I have read online have people informing their blood test was a false negative. I say go ahead and do an endoscopy thingy. It is a nice nap, and depending on your age or medical background, they can take care of 2 'areas' at once. They don't ALWAYS meet in the middle, but sometimes you can here the Gastroenterologist say "that's weird, I can see a light at the end of this tunnel!", but don't worry, you'll just think you are in a drug induced dream.
