On our way home today, Carli and I were discussing dinner.
Me: What do you think we should have for dinner tonight?
Her: I want chicken nuggets.
Me: I don't have any, I think I'll have hot dogs. What do you think we should have for a vegetable?
Her: Mom, is corn a vegetable?
Me: Yes.
Her: I want green beans.

What? Is she sick of corn? Corn is my favorite veggie!
She LOVES corn. We haven't even had it for awhile, I totally thought she was going there and then....blammo - beans.
